The Foundation offers a range of sponsorship packages designed to suit different levels of support and engagement. Each package provides meaningful benefits while helping us improve access to essential medical care in our community. Become a Sponsor Today
The Foundation can accept donations via cheque or e-transfer. In order to appropriately recognize your contribution, we kindly request a an email briefly summarizing your desired sponsorship, such as purchase of a gala dinner table, a specific piece of equipment, or another element of the gala’s festivities.

An invoice for proposed sponsorship contributions can be provided upon request.
Can I get a Tax Receipt?
If a charitable tax receipt is desired, prospective donors are encouraged to donate directly to the City of Colwood, and to send a follow up email to the Foundation with proof of donation to be appropriately recognized for the contribution, and/or to secure a table at the Gala at the corresponding sponsorship tier.
While not required, we encourage donors to notify the Foundation before choosing this option.
Platinum Sponsorship
Platinum Sponsors receive premier brand recognition at the Colwood Medical Clinic office, across all Foundation event materials and communications, as well as a featured presence at our inaugural fundraising gala, including a VIP table. We are also happy to work with Platinum Sponsors to tailor recognition opportunities that best align with your brand and goals.
Gold Sponsorship
Gold Sponsors enjoy prominent brand visibility at the Colwood Medical Clinic office, across event signage, promotional materials, and online platforms, plus a reserved table at our inaugural fundraising Gala with priority placement.
Silver Sponsorship
Silver Sponsors receive strong brand recognition across event and digital channels, along with a reserved table at our fundraising gala.
Bronze Sponsorship
Bronze Sponsors are acknowledged across select event materials and digital platforms, and receive a reserved table at the fundraising gala.

When you choose to sponsor a specific piece of medical equipment, your contribution will be recognized according to the value of the item and its alignment with our sponsorship tiers. For example, funding a $5,000 cautery unit qualifies you for Bronze Sponsor recognition. Items valued below $2,000—the equivalent of a Table Sponsorship—will be acknowledged as Core Equipment Sponsors. No matter the amount, every equipment sponsor plays a vital role in strengthening local healthcare and will be recognized accordingly.
